Jane Collins

Jane Collins is a professional food stylist, who is also a trained chef, having worked in some of Sydney’s top restaurants. Her love of food and all the tastes and textures that come along with it drove her to become a food stylist and work in publication for household brands and magazines. She loves using the natural light with textures, layers and different mediums to bring out the best in her beautiful styled images.

Elle Vernon is a passionate foodie. If she’s not creating beautiful food for work, she’s in the kitchen cooking for fun. With 16 years of experience creating mouthwatering recipes, food imagery and motion videos across a diverse range of media – Television, print, advertising, packaging, cook books, social media and magazine editorial. She currently has “the best job in the world” as the Food Editor of Better Homes And Gardens Magazine. She is passionate about healthy eating, as well as inspiring people with simple tips and tricks to help make cooking an enjoyable experience, not a dreaded chore. She is a Chef, Home economist, Food editor, Food stylist and presenter.

Gemma Lush

Gemma is a food, drink, prop and lifestyle stylist based in Sydney, Australia. She has an exceptional eye for detail and a passion for anything and everything beautiful. Her knowledge of all things food and styling bits n' bobs is extensive as she styles mainly for packaging and advertising and also for restaurants, both still and motion.

Sally Parker

I have a long-standing passion for food and cooking. I have a wealth of experience styling, developing recipes and food consulting for advertising, PR, packaging, magazines and books. I am extremely reliable and calm under pressure. I love the collaborative process of creating great work for my clients. I don’t mind working to tight deadlines.

I have a special interest in providing accessible and appetising food for busy people. I pride myself in listening to my client’s needs but also adding my own inspiration, knowledge and experience. I am skilled in the technical aspects of food styling and cooking and enjoy working together as part of a team with photographers, art directors and clients.

I have a BA Hons. Business (Marketing), am a trained Cordon Bleu cook, an ex-advertising suit and have run my own food styling and food consulting business for 20 years, and I still cook for pleasure too.

Annette Forrest

Food stylist and recipe writer, Annette has credible expertise working with seasonal fresh produce, meat, poultry, eggs and seafood.

Annette’s passion for fresh seasonal ingredients was fueled early in her career working in the fresh seafood industry, and subsequently leading the team to launch the Sydney Seafood School at Sydney Fish Markets.  Her on-going, award-winning work writing recipes*and styling for Sydney Markets has given her a wealth of knowledge on fresh seasonal fruit and vegetables.
